Minor shaving on donor site (hair length of 1.5-2mm) in order to observe the direction and angle of hair growth. Followed by donor site disinfection and local anesthesia injection. Image above shows extraction of follicular unit grafts by doctor with micropunch (0.8-1.0mm diameter).


Assistant pulls out the grafts with a tweezer.


Grafts are categorized according to number of hair.


Recipient site disinfection. Tiny holes are created on recipient site according to the natural density, angle and direction of hair growth.
